He gonna revive Zetterlunds career, this is a 2 for one trade, lolHe had an even better season two years ago so don't think so.

Such a great drafting team kinda surprised they passed on the Nordberg eliasson Roger and squadGuess Kyrou wasn't going to budge on waiving while McTavish and Robertson were too rich to obtain. Sharks drafting Misa & Dickenson & Smith & Celebrini is such a great attempt at drafting and now with two more top 10 picks, I would've rather went through that set up but.
Sharks have gotten so damn lucky. Winning the 1OA and having Celebrini turn out the way he has. Then winning the 2OA this draft. Damn.

I'm as patriotic as they come and had absolutely zero problem with it, and felt it was more than earned and deserved. I don't think it was nearly as much of a factor as you're making it out to be. If anything, it was likely used as an excuse to help him justify his decision
Looks like panic assessing just to forget about trading Brady. This isn't a knock on Eklund. This just isn't the exact 70 plus point player we're getting back.
This looks really, really good to meGreat trade. Haltunnen and Svboda are not nothing throw-ins, either.
Brady trade basically breaks down to:
- Eklund
- Halttunen (36OV '23)
- Svboda (71OV '23)
- 25th OV
- FLA 1st 2029 (cond. top 10)
- FLA 2nd 2027
Brady for Eklund, two prospects, 25 oa, and 2029 1st and 2027 2nd seems like decent value.Looks like panic assessing just to forget about trading Brady. This isn't a knock on Eklund. This just isn't the exact 70 plus point player we're getting back.
I definitely did not expect this and I don't hate it, former 7th OA pick just a few years removed from his draft year, back to back 50+ point seasons, so far seems more of a playmaker than a goal scorer.
The fact that we got extra pieces who are valuable in their own right makes me optimistic about this.
A lot of Sharks fans aren't happy with the trade, so that's another thing I guess lol
Guess Kyrou wasn't going to budge on waiving while McTavish and Robertson were too rich to obtain.
Both flawed players, but the answer's McTavish and it's not close.straight up who would we prefer? Eklund or McTavish?
I think Svoboda is UFA next June 1stGreat trade. Haltunnen and Svboda are not nothing throw-ins, either.

Imagine those two flanking Stu putting up 60 pts each,Please god lol

Yeah you're right, f***. I'm just not in the mood for as rebuild and wish some of our guys can pan out like a Kyrou or Thomas or a Barzal.9OA in this draft doesn't get you a 70 point player.
Not to mention the fact that none of the available 70 point players will come here.
