I have done so much baking/cooking today.... that's what happens when I go apple picking and buy far too many apples.

Mini muffin omelets baked for work. Chili; Butternut squash soup. Apple pie, apple coffee cake, apple crisp... phew!

It will be a delicious fall!

I would for sure... totally be the "mom" who brings soccer snacks. I will also bring orange slices!

And Icelevel... you are correct. Warm apple pie or crisp with vanilla ice-cream. My first time making my own pie crust (I wish I had a mixer or food processor).

Yeah... have run into that problem here after kitchen got redone following insurance stuff. Lost a couple cabinets in the redesign and suddenly we're considering converting the closet under the stairs into a pantry to make room.

I had to convert half my hall closet into a pantry (Toronto condo living problems). But I had to store cans and non perishable food in my 2nd bedroom. Which was a bit annoying.

I've been on super organization mode though (very weird for me). Next step is the storage locker so that when I grab my hockey equipment everything doesn't fall on me.

Well, I started at the beginning of the week. But was getting over a cold (thanks to the wife), and class/work schedule doesn't leave a lot of time each night... so yeah. Gonna have to focus this weekend for the other two courses.
