Ghostbusters 3 just needs to ****ing die already. The recent rumor is that all the Ghostbusters is going to be female. Hollywood is about to ruin yet another classic.
If this movie is ever made, it is going to bomb badly imo. Hey Aykroyd, please stop pushing for Ghostbusters to happen again. I say this for the sake of humanity and for the sake of the Ghostbusters franchise.

Why can't Hollywood try something new for a change? So many damned remakes, reboots, sequels, blah blah blah...
I mean, a Ghostbusters sequel with the original cast would be amazing after all these years, but I'd rather see something fresh and different.

Having an all female cast is a pitch that is way off. I'm not sexist by any means but I would like for things to stick accordingly so.
Instead of a GB3, I'd rather a whole reboot of the series.

Either way, I am sure everyone who loved the old movies would be disappointed with the remakes, it is just the way it seems to be. I don't know much about the plot, but are the main characters supposed to be the children of Egon, Ray and so forth?
I'm more disappointed that they are remaking Thor as a female in the comics, rather than just having Thor have a daughter.

I thought so too, but Aykroyd is still insisting on having it happen and it seems like it is finally going to happen.

Then again, I lost faith in Hollywood when they decided to reboot Psycho and Carrie. No one, and I mean no one, can match the performances of Anthony Perkins and Piper Laurie in those movies.
