I used to have TERRIBLE sleeping problems. Like, I would get 20 hours a week, but I'd be in bed for 56. Then I changed my diet. No more dairy or wheat, and I don't eat 2 hours before bed. Now I sleep like a baby and wake up feeling great.

Exercise is super important, too.

I wonder why dairy and wheat hurt your sleep?

Without looking it up, I would guess that's because they are heavy foods that demand more energy from your digestive system, therefore stopping you from being able to relax enough to fall asleep quickly.

My sleeping patterns are worse than anyone here. I wake up constantly in the night. There are literally nights where i wake up every 2 hours.

Green Bay, to me, are the Pittsburgh Penguins of the NFL. Every single new fan cheers for either the Packers or Patriots. Boooooorrring.

Really? I've been a fan of the Packers since about '93, and I haven't noticed that at all. Maybe a bit during the late 90's in the Favre era, but certainly not recently.

Bandwagon teams, at least in my experience (and I can back this up seeing as how I ran a pro-shop that sold NFL gear for a few years, and got to look at sales trends):
- Patriots
- Cowboys
- Vikings (on the back of Adrian Peterson, who is easily the best Crosby analogy in the NFL)
- Giants
- Steelers

... that's your big 5. We sold more merch of those 5 teams than the rest of the league combined. Packers are decidedly middle-of-the-pack as far as popularity goes, IMO.

Consider Pittsburgh. We won't be good any time soon, but our running backs clearly know how to party!

Lots of room on the Rams bandwagon.

Such a shame about Sam Bradford. First year he's had an oline and receiver help too. Bradford was well on his way to being a top 5 quarterback. That being said, Shaun Hill isn't a bad option to fall back on. They have a great running game led by Zac Stacy and the best defensive front four in all of football, and it's not even close.

They are in a brutal divison though. Easily the toughest in the NFL. If the Rams were in the NFC East, they'd go at least 12-4.

Patriot fan here remembering the old glory days of Scott Zolak and Hugh Millen leading the charge of futility in the early 90's. True greats like Bruce Armstrong and Andre Tippett, toiling away on truly awful teams. Really, awful teams. What I liked about them, really typical for my youth at the time, was their boss uniform:

And somehow, they just stuck. All this success in recent years, what a surprise. But I'm not going to try to convince anyone to join that club now. Agree with others, the bandwagon is full to bursting.

First thing I did when I went to the states this summer : buy a 2L of Cherry Coke

Oh yeah mat? Wanna open up a little pipeline? A little clandestine smuggling ring? We'll corner the black market. Here I am, right on the border. Can see America through my window. I've got pull with the Ndraghetta, provide some muscle, infrastructure. We'll make this happen.

Cherry coke

We'll need bodies. People we can trust. You're good people, clearly. So, if you want in on this deal, opportunity is there to get in on the ground floor. Snitches get stitches and all of that, don't have to belabour that point.

Here in Indonesia, they don't use any of that "high-fructose corn syrup" crap you have over there in the more developed world.

Over here, we still have sugar cane in our Coke.

Flippin' DELISH. And they still come in those tiny glass bottles here too. I can go to my local warung and get a 200ml "little bottle" of coke for about 20 cents.

Ha! Moon Pies.

Pure cane sugar...get it in a tightly packed brown pancake?

Similar in Colombia, called "panela". Used to make a traditional little drink called "aguapanela" - essentially sugar water. But it's decent. Can be served hot like a tea or cold like an...iced...tea. Also used as a nice alternative to refined sugar at your local coffee shop. Much lighter on the nervous system. That they substitute refined for pure cane in Indonesia sounds like a good idea. Would not have gotten away with that in Colombia. Tremendous American influence. The street burgers packed with potato chips and this delectably evil combination of condiments. Hits like a brick.

I must say though, that no one wants to join my Cherry Coke Smuggling start-up...a little disappointed. :( Anyway, all that to say that I miss Cherry Coke a lot.

Cherry coke is awesome. I can't remember the brand, but they had a good sugar cane sweetened cola in Cuba when I went. I kinda liked it better than Coke or Pepsi tbh.

Also, you should fund your startup through kickstarter.

It may have been Coke. Cuba cannot import Coca-cola or Pepsi from the states because of the embargo so they make their own, It tastes way better than what they make here from my understanding.

Also, if you guys miss it that much, just get a Cherry Mio and add it to your coke. It will tie you over.
