Have you heard the story?
I think I may have heard a whisper.

I like BBT. It is this decades Friends.
Does anyone have any tips for keeping a normal sleep pattern? Its 3:38, and I'm awake, and this is not a rarity, and school starts next week.

Cut out caffeine and foods a few hours before you want to sleep. Stay away from tv before sleep. Getting a bit of exercise and taking a hot shower afterwards is good for sleeping. Reading a book for a while can also help...if you're the kind of person who gets tired/sleepy eyes easily.
Try to keep a steady routine.

Wake up early so you are more tired at night. Get only like 6 hours of sleep.Does anyone have any tips for keeping a normal sleep pattern? Its 3:38, and I'm awake, and this is not a rarity, and school starts next week.

Dude, the heck? It's not even this decade's Joey.
Thank for all the responses. I'm going to try some different things and see what works!
Adding smart phones to this as well. If none of this helps, take a Benadryl or ZzzQuil until you can get a regular sleeping pattern going.
