Out of the 3 guys who could move to make room for Pinto: Joseph, Kubalik and Brannstrom, who looks like they could be replaced by a hobo eating outside The Beer Store.

The fickleness is palpable. One pre season game has saved Joseph's place in the team to some of you.

Well someone probably has to go and it’s between him and Brannstrom.

Let’s put it this way:

Say it takes a 2nd to move Joseph, but nothing to move Brannstrom (get a late round pick or futures back from a team like San Jose).

Could you use that 2nd that you kept to get a bottom pair LD in November?

What’s better? Losing Joseph and the 2nd and keeping Brannstrom, or keeping Joseph and getting the equivalent of an Ilya Lyubushkin later in the season?

Brann has been okay, but they don’t work well off each other

At least so far

Brannstrom and Joseph are the best players on the ice for Ottawa. Joseph every time he's on the ice and there was a shift at the beginning of the 2nd where Brannstrom made so many good plays

Hopefully we're not going to saddle Brannstrom with yet another bad D-man... Enough of Josh Brown and Nick Holden (the declined version)

To be fair, it’s a choice between him, Kubalik, Pinto and Brannstrom. All good players who bring a lot to the team.

Yeah one of them will need to be traded. The point I'm trying to make is that Joseph isn't bad as some on here will have you believe; even if he had a disappointing season last year.

I don’t think id move Joseph. Not even saying that cause of the goals, I think he can be an important player for the team
