Sucks that Mrazek got hurt in his debut. Had a shaky first period but was strong in the second. Looks like Campbell will have a little more of this runway to cement his starting position.

hopefully the Mrazek pull is mostly just precautionary

Good news is Nylander looks elite and like a mini Matthews out there.

Bad news is, Marner is not it. The Leafs need to replace him with a gamebreaker.

That's a tough shot to make with a guy laying out to block right in front, have to elevate it quickly. Might not have even been an angle where he could have hit the the net.

Spezza can still go and feels like he is always the one leading the charge. And at 750k, isn't his job. Some big earners just coasting around out there yet again, very concerning.

Horrible effort all around for the Leafs skaters, Refs and Sens fans for not buying tickets to support their home town team. Special mention to what ever the f*** Muzzin and Holl were up to...

Glad they made it exciting in the third, but holy shit that was a mess top to bottom.

I think I'd say Spezza, Nylander and Marner were good or at least put in honest efforts. Did they bench Ritchie? Would have liked to see more Kampf and Kase. Too bad about Mrazek, hope its nothing that will keep him out too long. May as well get our Hutch fix out of the way early.

If they play the same way Saturday, guaranteed same result.

Despite some poor individual performances, I thought we outplayed and outchanced the Sens and deserved a better fate tonight.

Mrazek had very bad luck and looked great prior to the injury. Hopefully it's not serious.

Game 2 so I’m not gonna over analyze things. We have some problems. We have lots of time to correct them.

I will say however, it does get tiring year after year, that we seem to always play down to the Sens level

sens are lowkey good though. obviously their records have sucked but they seem to give many teams headaches.
