Don't worry... we don't play our best players on Powerplay. Entire strategy is to get every puck to Milan Gulas.. you may have never heard of him. He's 34, has never played in a world championships and plays in the Extraliga. Everyone's job is to get him the puck. It's awesome. I think Vrana hands him his water bottle when he comes to the bench too!

Why does Riha suddenly hate Vrana? I mean, I get that he probably isn't into defense too much, but I thought he was definitely one of the most talented players on the Czech team when it comes to scoring.

He absolutely is.. in fact, his 4 goals are still 2nd on the team. I don't think he suddenly hates him, I think he's hated him the whole time. Vrana is very carefree and goofy... that doesn't fit Riha's old school mentality. It's basically a millenial with an old school boss.

I don't know the Canadians feels, but in this tournament, Vrana might actually be good enough to be on Team Canada's wings.

He's better but, honestly, Bartosak earned this.. he beat Sweden, only allowed 2 to Russia, beat the Swiss and won the quarter.

Neat facts about him.. he was CHL goalie of the year and has won a Calder Cup. He's been very good. Normally I'd complain but I'm letting this one go.
