You do it right. Finn doesn't usually downplay the tournament they are watching. If it is the most meaninless tournament ever, why you watch it?

No idea what you are taking about. I watch every game of the medal round every year, and most of the preliminary round, whether Canada's still in it or not. My favorite hockey, each year regardless of the outcome.

Not everybody follows the NHL, for europeans the season is over ... they acknowledge the NHL that some great players might come from there but not every average redneck wants (or knows to want) to see best of the best always ... just the familiar players and the best available.
