Good win. Have to clean up the back breaking penalties on offense to beat the Dolphins.

Also, holy lord are the Dolphins killing it. I know it's against a shit team, but still, 70 pts is 70 pts.

Damn, if only the division could've been shit while we have our franchise QB like it was for Brady and the Pats during their run.

If Bills don’t shoot themselves in the foot, and they play a time of possession game like they did vs LV, I think they will be fine vs Miami. This is a game we see what Sean is as DC/Head Coach though.

Wife and I will be traveling for work for 10 days starting Tuesday this week. We're putting a quick/brief trip to BUF in the middle of the agenda between the three other stays. We'll be at the Bills-Dolphins game. Her 1st regular season game & 1st time at RIch/Wilson/Bills/New Era/HIghmark was the 40-0 win vs. Texans roughly the same week of the 2021 season. Gonna be a great game!!!

What really impressed me from the game was how long JA17 had to pass. There were times he could have signed a couple of autographs while waiting for a receiver to get open.

Seriously though, The O-line handled their D-line very well. I thought that contributed extremely well to Allen's ability to not rush bad passes, etc.

Here comes Miami.

pretty much put on a clinic today. i don’t even have much to say about it

definitely too soon to ask, but is TB going to the pro bowl in his first season as a starter? it’s crazy how good he’s been. and he fits into the system perfectly. for a position of perceived weakness to turn into a strength, that’s about as good as it gets. go bills

The play that really shocked me was after the White INT where they started on the half yard line. Allen had about 10 hours to throw and find Diggs to get more than a little breathing room. The line blocked their ass off today, including much maligned Spencer Brown.

Credit to Dorsey as well. He seems to have been scheming a lot of help for the O-Line, at least he did last week. We'll see what the analysis shows this week. As much as some of the play calls invite criticism, the game plans seem to be working, with the exception of Allen simply not executing in the second half of the Jets game.

The only issue I had today was the play call on 4th down. Every time you have 4th and 1 or less just line up Josh under center with Knox behind him and push. I remember reading over the summer that they did the math on a QB sneak with a yard or less and it was something like a 83% conversion rate.

Yeah that call utterly baffled me. 4th and short and you’re lining up Allen 5yds behind the line of scrimmage to throw? What? But didn’t have to think about that mistake for long since the D turned the ball over on the next play.

I get it with the 4th down criticism, but Allen was throwing to an open receiver and the dlinemen just made a great play to bat it down. Play call seemed fine, execution even seemed fine. Sometimes other teams make plays

The play call that was baffling to me was throwing a screen pass to diggs five yards behind the line of scrimmage on a 3rd and 10 when you’re already in long field goal range.

agreed on the 3rd and 10 screen, that was the only true head scratcher to me. it wasn’t too egregious…. but just call a slant at that point

the end around to harty was the only other one, but maybe that just fits into the ‘lack of execution’ category. i remember it getting blown up basically right off the ball cause there were no blockers up field on the weak side. had me saying, like, is this just designed to not block for the ball carrier? lol
