How did you do that Math, I have the chart with the %, but can't figure out how you calculate that!

If 4th is 47.5%, then 3rd or less is 100%-47.5% (52.5% - the remaining three percentages)
2nd or less subtract 17.5% from 52.5%.

Is the 2nd/3rd pick % wrong? Because, before the draft, wouldn't the percentages be right?

The chance for 2nd only changes slightly based on who was chosen first.

We beat Ottawa(?) one year when we missed the play offs in game 82 and it made our pick jump from 5th to 8th or something.

IIRC, we had to lose in the last game of the season to secure 5th overall in 2009 draft. He got a hattrick in the game, Leafs won and ended up drafting 7th overall.

Honestly, the only thing I don't get with Strombo is why he gets so many guys get riled up about his clothes. I have never really noticed his clothes. I don't quite understand why that can be such a big deal. He doesn't walk around in a kilt, knee-high boots and a tight leather vest.

Although that would be awesome.
