The chance for 2nd only changes slightly based on who was chosen first.

That's the part I don't get. If the 14th place team wins the remaining 1% is elimiated from the 2nd draw. If the leafs win that leaves 80% on the board, increasing everyone's chances by 20%

10 more minutes until it's good night to the season. Weird to say it's been successful but it feels that way. No matter where we draft, we are getting a good player. The kids have got chances to play in the NHL and we have traded key pieces for more picks. Babcock has implemented his system throughout the organization. Now it's up to Hunter to get more pieces at the draft and Lou to shape the roster for next season. Should be a great off season.
