yeah, I guess calm down chicken...the star's character is legit sexy to the max in the books, but it's an AMC vehicle, so cannot amount to much. use ur imagination.
Way ahead of you. But I was only commenting on her looks. She seems like a decent actress though, so if you liked the books, I hope you enjoy the show

Aka "The Rock's daughter" in San Andreas @Captain Dave Poulin
How is it possible genetically to mix his DNA with Carla Gugino's and generate Alexandra Daddario though? Dude went through all that trouble in the movie, ignored people he could have helped as a First Responder going from LA to San Francisco and it was to rescue the daughter his wife got knocked up with while cheating on him obviously ;)

My only gripe with the last of us is that while they have done a fantastic job with the sets, and the plant and fungal growth is amazing, everything still looks clean. There’s no dirt or dust or grime on damn near anything.
It’s a very minor thing but really sticks out like a sore thumb. That’s how good the show is, I have to nitpick that hard to find something to complain about.

I'm officially into the back half* of the Discworld series. I've read 24/40 books as of about fifteen minutes ago. If you are a fan of incredibly lame puns and parodies of all things fantasy/sci-fi/literally everything else, you owe it to yourself to check them out. You will laugh, you will cry, you will learn to channel your anger into something useful. They're of shockingly high quality, considering Pratchett published 40 books in just 32 years.

*I say back half, but I'm not actually reading in publication order. I just finished Wyrd Sisters, which was the sixth published book. You don't really need to read the books in order, as there are multiple 'series' that form mostly coherent plotlines within themselves.

Vox Machina...some good stuff there
I'm trying to finish the original Vox Machina run on YouTube. I probably have like 20 more episodes left, but that's still like 3 hours per episode and the battles now take FOREVER. Thankfully it seems there's going to be a LOT more of the animated series to go since they've only beaten the first of the Chroma Conclave at the end of the latest season.

At my last job where I spent probably 5-6 hours a day at a desk, it was no problem listening to them while "working". Also while driving. Now I barely can sneak a post despite often having 2-3 hours of downtime a day because my boss actually CARES about phone usage.

episode 3 of Mando was a bit of a snore fest

episode 4 much butter but too short with a surprise guest

I laughed hard when I saw the guest. Good for him.

We've almost finished Andor, finally. What a fantastically solid show. You can make serious Star Wars and do it well. I'm glad it's been done.

Andor really plundered the Chernobyl cast

Ahmed Best, the actor that played Jar-Jar, played the Jedi in this episode that saved Grogu

I thought that was a really great touch. Ahmed Best struggled mightily with the backlash Jar-Jar received, so to see him play this badass Jedi saving Grogu was just such a great move by Favreau and Filoni.
