Maybe, but they beat Toronto, who was a good regular season team. I know we don't like to give them playoff credit.

They swept Winnipeg, who was a solid team.

They beat almost this Vegas team.

The Habs in '93 played weaker teams.

Disagree. Vegas is a great team. Does Seattle make the playoffs if they aren’t in the Pacific? Does Winnipeg make the playoffs if the are in the Atlantic division?

I doubt it. Florida went on a great run but they tanked out against a team that truly is elite.

You are comparing the points that those team got in the west playing against western teams and long distance travels and tough schedules and thinking they would have same point totals in the east? Does that sound logical to you? If Florida was in the west would they amke the playoffs? Maybe not

Won't be the same Vegas team next year, nor the same Cats team, thankfully.

This Cats team defied all odds and made it to the cup finals. You pretty much couldn’t have asked for a better result from this squad. They were entertaining, an easy team to root for, and bounced Toronto in 5 (they are my heroes for that). You’ll hear a lot of shit talk, but what they did this year was remarkable.

I wouldn’t wish for them to completely change their roster.
