Of course you got to go BPA which was Jones but their biggest strength was CF. They have 3 legit CF and prospects and now 4 with Jones. Got to expect a trade in the offseason.

Texas with a surprise pick. They got both Vandy guys; Leiter and Rocker. They are getting Rocker underslot for sure. Could do what the Pirates did last year with Davis getting Solometo and Chandler later in the draft.

There's basically only 3 possible explanations behind this

1) This is part of some crazy underslot move to free up big swings later on

2) The Rangers are confident the Mets' medicals last time around were wrong and they just really want to pair up Rocker and Leiter again and don't care about any of the other prospects, especially the pitching options.

3) Daniels is certifiably insane.

From what i read, the doctor the Mets used who spoke of potential issues with Kumar is also a guy a lot of other MLB teams also use/have advise for them. So if that's the case, Texas is basically saying a good majority of the rest of baseball are dumber than they are.

I'm thinking a mix of 1 and 3.
