No fan bus, not enough people to fill the bus.
Tuesday night….don’t blame the fans for not hopping on this one lol.

There is little interest in a bus trip, they had one earlier to Barrie and Oshawa and it was just over half full . It was on a wkend . On that trip the organizers reserved 48 tickets but when we got there we only needed 38, the Barrie Colts box office refused to cancel the excess tickets forcing the group to purchase the outstanding tickets at approximately $25 each.Tuesday night….don’t blame the fans for not hopping on this one lol.
As Ferda mentioned, Tuesday is tough. Think they'd do well just to do it for a close proximity game. Like that TSN game @ LDN in mid FEB or the Saturday in Windsor. No fan bus, not enough people to fill the bus.
The battle for 3rd will be intense lol. Each team knows what's at stake. Assuming both get past RD1 (big IF) 3rd will play LDN (although OS is catching them a bit) & 4th will get Windsor. To me there's quite a gap in who I'd rather play.Big one tonight. Gotta keep up with Owen Sound in the standings. We really want that 3rd spot heading into playoffs. We got two games in hand on them and 3 pts back.
I’m with you tho, seems like a recipe for disaster with trap game written all over this one. Kitchener seems like an old version of us. Should be way better and can win on any given night but lack any sort of consistency. Never know what version of the team you’re getting on a nightly basis.
Let’s see if Sarnia can finally mature away from these types of games and stick it to em and skate away with the 2 pts in a convincing way. Should be a good game. Think there’s a fan bus going down too.
This year the Sting office has nothing to do with these event, it's all on the Booster club to arrange everything busses ,, rooms ect. To my knowledge they get zero help from the organization. As Ferda mentioned, Tuesday is tough. Think they'd do well just to do it for a close proximity game. But obviously there's more behind the scenes than just picking & choosing random ones.

If I was looking at Rosters I’d rather play London in the second round. But knowing how well they are coached and having brochu in net I think I’d rather play windsor. As Ferda mentioned, Tuesday is tough. Think they'd do well just to do it for a close proximity game. Don't get me wrong I think we can beat both, I'd just prefer to not play Wsr till RD3 if we by some miracle got there lol
Definitely fair. Be interesting to see how the games go with those teams in the coming weeks. If I was looking at Rosters I’d rather play London in the second round. But knowing how well they are coached and having brochu in net I think I’d rather play windsor.
Plus the huge amount of playoff success/experience is dangerous aswell…. Pastujov saying very good things about the dresssing room and sarnia is nice to see. Been seeing their practises on Instagram the last couple weeks the team does seem to have a tone of fun and seem real close. Even the new guys seem to fit in perfect. Almost like they have spent their whole junior career in Sarnia.Confidence of new look Sting continues to grow | Canadian Hockey League
Things appear to be coming together in Sarnia. After general manager Dylan Seca made a plethora of trades to bring NHL drafted talent to town, the Sting have found their groove recently with nine wins in their past 13 games as they have moved into fourth spot in the OHL’s Western Conference...chl.ca
Really good little interview with Pastujov. love to hear it's a tight group. Completely agree with him saying we haven't seen our best yet.

Ya that sucks, but man seeing the pictures of what the hamilton arena is suppose to look like after the Reno’s are done. They will have close to the best rink in the OHL if not the best.Wild that Hamilton will be playing out of the Brantford Civic Centre for the next 3 years... That rink complete trash. I feel awful for the players who will play their home games in that arena. IMO it is much worse that the Bayshore. Oh well.
lol, looks about as nice as Chatham’s rink. Yikes.Wild that Hamilton will be playing out of the Brantford Civic Centre for the next 3 years... That rink complete trash. I feel awful for the players who will play their home games in that arena. IMO it is much worse that the Bayshore. Oh well.
3 years is crazy. I just don't see how that goes well. U imagine if Sarnia moved for 3 entire seasons? I can't speak for anybody else but I'd lose interest entirely.Wild that Hamilton will be playing out of the Brantford Civic Centre for the next 3 years... That rink complete trash. Brantford is a typical OHL city... Hamilton really isnt.... Do you know the capacity of the new arena ?? Wouldn't be surprised if a move to Brantford happens eventually3 years is crazy. Gotta wonder if Hamilton thinks about putting a pro team in the new arena. Already had an AHL Team.
I assume they're making the arena bigger too?? OHL games in NHL rinks are pretty stupid imo...Ya that sucks, but man seeing the pictures of what the hamilton arena is suppose to look like after the Reno’s are done. They will have close to the best rink in the OHL if not the best.
No they aren’t making it bigger, basically just giving it a massive makeover to the inside and outside of the arena. Adding suits at the top of lower bowl, putting in a top of the line curtain system to cover the upper bowl, adding a restaurant and micro brewery, and like I said making it a lot nicer inside and out of the arena. Here are some of the picture they released of projected final results after the Reno’s.I assume they're making the arena bigger too?? OHL games in NHL rinks are pretty stupid imo...
Fantastic player. Every time I watch KIT he takes a needless, dumb penalty. Is there a player in this league that shoots his own team in the foot more than Pinelli??
