I wonder if we seen Gaudreau return as an OA next season just like Tristan Lennox. Both drafted in the third round, both had below .900 save percentage each season in the OHL. Could be good play him in the first half then swap him for a couple picks that we will badly need next season.

Lineup sheet has Owen MacDonald listed. Talk about a tough spot for that kid to be put into. Hasn't played in months & steps into a game 6

Yikes….not gonna lie. I got a bad feeling about todays game.
 
Time for Ben Gaudreau to step up. Time for Ty Voit to step up. Time for Sasha Pastujov to step up.

No excuses. if they play otherworldly & the rest of the team throws so be it. Those 3 in particular are the 3 best players in the series. Time to f*cking prove it.

Team needs to prove to me it’s not SOS (same old sting). Win this damn game!!
Otherwise that feeling that this team can squander anything starts to creep in.
At least burning up Dilly’s suspension…

I’m not going to say too much, this team just needs to step up and play smart, hard playoff hockey with and without the puck for 60. That’s from the goalie out to the forwards. If they can’t do that easy task then they probably don’t deserve to be in the play offs. Time to prove they belong.
 
While I understand they haven’t played well ( understatement I know ) and line juggling is in order, the lines today are not well put together. I’m with Ferda on this one not a great feeling & Lord knows is long timers just know when it’s not gonna go well
 
You don't think so? I quite like them on F at least. Reunite L1 from earlier in the season. Put 22 with 36&73 to hopefully get them some space. Line 3 should be tenacious & hopefully have the puck a lot.

On D it's a tough spot. They are trying to put 1 reliable guy on each pair. I'd imagine is the game goes on Young & MacDonald get less & less ice time.
 
Kyrou 30+mins scared me

Go to the corners & don’t be afraid to hit…playing way to scared & safe last few games and Guelph knows it

Every headshot these playoffs has been a major penalty. They better stay with what they've been calling.

So it's reduced to a 2 because it's a head check..... garbage f*cking league.

And the PP let's 2 early game opportunities go to waste. 40% for 3 months & vs the 19th ranked PK they can't do Jack all.

Again this team just doesn’t want to our work the opposition. Their PK is working so hard they control the puck most of the time on our PP lol. Flat out embarrassing….. wake up and skate, extra efforts needed. That’s a brutal call, 2mins for should to the head on a guy that didn’t have the puck wow. Hopefully Letang gets these guys going soon.
 
And the player who should’ve been out for the head check on Zach scores, not an excuse but come on

Del bel bulluz needs to sit, been a lot of talk about pastujov but my god del bel just f***ing floats, park his ass on the bench. I think I’m going to turn the game off so I can enjoy my Easter. Hopefully they turn it around! Go Sting Go!

yikes .... Sarnia are officially on upset alert.... Sarnia allover Guelph for 10 mins then Guelph comes and gets one... deflating... not totally Ben's fault but he' getting outplayed massively by the other goalie and you'd like to see him make a save. Sarnia's power play is a joke... where the hell is Pastujov... can we trade him back for Max.
 
You just can't make it up. For 3 months & the first 3 games our T6 was unbelievable. Unstoppable even.

Whipping the puck around like few Sting teams have. One loss & it's all gone. Pastujov can't handle the puck. Voit can't make a pass. Burke can't hit the net. Del Bel Belluz doesn't even get the puck anymore. Mast handles it like a grenade. PP is horrific.
