Langevin was robbed of his shutout by the refs. The puck was clearly grabbed and dragged in by the Windsor player.

With a few moves the Sting could finish as high as 3rd in the conference.Lots of parody between the 3rd to 8th place teams.

How has Ruzicka been this year? His points aren’t progressing the way I had hoped, although it looks like he’s a good face off man. He’s a lock to make this Slovak team but minutes are gonna be dependant on the actual level of effort he puts in. Last year he was given the 1C spot and looked like absolute garbage. He’s most likely going to be playing the wing this tournament unless he plays 3rd line centre behind Pospisil and Roman. What’s Adams game like compared to last year? Has he really not progressed? I’ve only seen him play for Slovakia team and he seems so uninvolved, he’s too nonchalant on the ice. He’s got a big body but was shying away from contact most of the time. I really don’t trust him against the other teams best players, that’s big reason he was benched for the last period against Sweden last year
He benefited from playing with guys like kyrou and rymsha last year, he was more of a goal scorer last year. This year you see him pass the puck more and set up god teammates, and he was getting a lot of chances early in the year but he just couldn’t score, the last two weeks he’s been putting it in and starting to heat up abit more. Yes he never hits and he not aggressive at all, the only thing he uses his size for is protecting the puck and he’s very good at it. I feel he’s abit more engaged in the game and abit more aggressive than the last two years but it’s still a weakness of his.

Mittas Samuelsson, Quinn Hughes, Tyler Weiss. Samuelsson & Hughes are both on the USA WJ team. Weiss most likely would be too except was injured in October and just got back to playing a couple weeks ago.

You can add Sasha Chmelevski to the list too

Sorry OP was looking at drafties who never played for Sarnia. Well he wasn’t there very long.

Interested to see who the two goalies are tonight! Odd having coffin going to play Tier 2 junior A for 8 games and playing decent hockey a”then having him come back to backup langevin the weekend after Hughes let in 3 on 3 shots.

Take another look - on the overhead view, it looks like the guy grabs the puck, but a stick blade can be seen hitting the puck into the net
Didn't get a chance to watch the game last night but, does anyone else think this team can do some serious damage in the playoffs? I know we've got more games played but, were in the 5 seed right now. A series vs OS, Kitchener, Saginaw or Guelph is absolutely winnable. I don't think we can win 4/7 vs London but maybe the Soo. I keep hearing about tanking but, damn I think this team can do good things right now. How valuable would playoff games be for Perrault and Rees this year too.

Then why add him to the list? He did play in Sarnia and was traded for tk..... The list was for players who didn't come to Sarnia.... Sasha did and was traded. Stop being dumb.

Blair coffin gets the start tonight against Kingston, be nice if he could just be a decent goalie to give langevin a break here and there, and they can use these two the rest of the season and next year, that way Hughes won’t use up an OA spot and it will be better used on a forward or dman

Second period one of the worst I’ve seen from the sting all year. Bad decision after bad decision. No legs, soft sticks, good grief!!!

So much for that wish... Coffin was generally ok on first shots, but completely unable to reset for any rebounds. That, coupled with terrible defensive zone coverage, meant lots of goals.
A year ago, Hughes had problems with rebounds and has managed to solve that issue by letting the first shot in.
But seriously, what we saw today is what will make this team middle-of-the-pack at best. Lots of flaws, lots of goals, lots of gnashing of teeth. They’ll have to replace the red light bulbs by January at the ends of the rink.

On a positive note, I like everything about Burke. Congrats to him for first goal. May be better than McCombs?
