Jim Fox has been horrible today lol. I dunno what is up with him this year, he's always going OHHHH every time the Kings have a chance. Never used to do that.

Looking at the upcoming free agents list. I'd be ok with Regehr walking, there are plenty of defensemen out there that could on a cheap deal and do the work he does. Although not as physical, guys like Paul Martin, Beauchemin, Ehrhoff could all be had. Should be a very interesting summer.

I love that Matt Greene is a warrior and would run through a wall for a teammate. But more often than not, that leads to very stupid penalties. I think (know) he leads the league in very blatant and stupid penalties. Last summer was time to move on, Lombardi will regret that.

and we're shedding Williams, and Stoll

replacing them with Shore and Weal

it can work! just believeeeee!|
We've somewhat already have given the Stoll Williams money to Muzz and Amart. So, it a little off base to say there will be more money around for Sekera, Regher, even down the line Kopitar!! Also, the VV thing comes up, but for that to help, it will have to happen in correct order, VV gone first, money free, sign Sekera. Doing it the other way around may leave you with a load of D contracts if VV is back or no one takes him in a trade for high draft picks. A trade can't involve taking a player back with a cap hit.

hahaha, Fox, to my knowledge is the only color guy who when he starts an explanation of something, can be timed with an hour glass.

That can't happen. Voynov's court date is after the free agency period starts. Sign Sekera, than the Kings have until opening night to shed salary.

My point is "shed salary." You just can't blink your eyes and claim it's gone. If you send guys to the minors like Richards, we could lose them to waivers, and if they clear, we can only rid ourselves of the $900,000 or so cap hit, or we can trade people for draft picks, etc. (no cap taken back)! And, if none of this works, in theory you're sending down guys with big contracts and bringing up every $550,000 league minimum contract we can find, like McBain or the ones we already have in Manchester. I guess you'd only gain so much cap space each contract you swap out? Not sure on that part of CBA rule, like that imposed relating to Richards this last year. Why didn't all of Richards contract go to the minors when he went?

We all know that the Kings are going to win this game. It's the perfect middle finger to this season. Lose to the Oilers and win when it doesn't matter.

Nice shot by McN00b.

And LMAO at Scott. Guy is a pylon out there. Jordan Nolan really turned his season around and has been balls the last few months. Good to see him pull himself up off the scrap heap.

And Calgary is losing, so if the Kings had even gotten a single point on Thursday, they'd be in the playoffs. Ahh, the memories.
