AMEN! I've seen enough to tell any US prospect to stay south of the border, go USHL NAHL and NCAA where you aren't traded like meat! Its one thing when you are a pro making dollars, but this turns me off.

While Saginaw is sitting and waiting they are missing out on other available players. Saginaw should have moved on as soon as they figured out this deal was delayed. Or maybe they have figured it out yet.
Or maybe nobody waived a NTC because the deal hasn't even been agreed upon yet. "insiders" have sources that are sometimes wrong, sometimes intentionally to try and create misinformation for distraction purposes and sometimes because things can change in a phone call between 2 gm's.
