I think Saginaw has only had 26 players play a game for them this season. Of those 26, Jacob Cloutier might end up on a B card as it looks like he is playing with the Chatham Maroons. So 25 or 26 cards is what I count.
26 if Clouthier is on a B card. 27 if he isn't.

I only think they add 2 more players so we have room.

Who did I miss? Here are the 26 I got.
Hay
Haight
Sapovaliv
Mangone
Willis
Loukus
Gervais
Misa
Young
Zhugin
Moore
Christopoulos
Sima
McNamara
Storch
* Cloutier

Parekh
Bishop
Dionicio
Forgione
Hache
Mancini
Guo
Glavin

Lalonde
Oke

I thought so too but he also played in the O without a visor, so I thought they burned a card on him personally and was told by someone that they used an A card on him.

Could be wrong , that’s the one I wasn’t sure on

They probably initially intended it to be an A card, but they can retroactively change it. The fact that he is getting junior B games tells me they are changing it.

He's played well in his limited action but I don't see him getting minutes the rest of the way especially because we could be adding a forward with just draft picks and that takes up another roster spot

Ah well that stinks but wasn’t going to last forever. Can’t dig a 2-0 hole and expect a win most nights. The Soo is motivated to play us more than anyone else. Didn’t catch the game because the Griffins played last night too. Seems like we controlled things early but ran into a good goalie performance? Take the tape, learn from it, and move on to the next one.

Soo goalie deserved the #1, 2,3 star and an honorable mention to the ref Brennan... She was clueless out there...I watched her almost call a TV timeout while Soo was on the powerplay... Faist wasn't much better but I'd rather have Hutchinson (what am I saying) than that pair who looked like they were watching their first hockey game. I have no idea why they reviewed the Hache penalty... It was a 2min boarding and all that did was get me home later.

Spirit were the better team but the Soo goalie was the best player on the ice by far and that was the difference for sure.

Since when has the OHL had female refs?

This is the second year...Hillary Brennan and Lacey Senuk...we don't have them often in Saginaw, I think we had Brennan once last year and I don't know if we've had Senuk. Lucky for us, we typically get Hutchinson a lot but for some reason we haven't seen him this year all that much.

Refs do not call tv timeouts. They come from above. In Kingston the time keeper blows the buzzer for that.
Well aware but sometimes the timekeepers mess up and with the 2nd timeout this year I know it's been a little confusing for our timekeepers in Saginaw.

The only reason I saw it is because there was a whistle exactly at 14:00 when a penalty was called and the Soo coach was hoping for the timeout because he wanted to draw up a play. Since the timeout comes at the first whistle after 14min, it was denied by the timekeeper and then 30-seconds later at the next whistle Brennan was looking at the timekeeper making a "T" with her hands and she seemed confused. Referees are allowed to make mistakes but she missed a ton that Faist had to call (he wasn't looking half the time either) and then like I said, they wasted my time with the Hache review when it was an easy boarding call.

Saginaw needs to clean up their penalties ASAP...while I seem like I'm harping on the officials, most of the calls were totally legit and it's just dumb things by the Spirit players. Thank God we're #1 on the PK because if we weren't we'd be in big trouble because we take a lot of penalties.

On the Hache' penalty, the Soo player showed one of the refs that he had a cut on a finger that was bleeding. That may be why it was reviewed.

Saw something similar last weekend. I thought the bleeder should get an USC or minor embellishment, but may have been the deciding factor in the 15 minute review ultimately deemed a major

Hi spirit fans, just wondering if anyone knew why both Dionicio and Christopoulus missed last nights game?
thanks in Advance
