Rumor: Sabres finalizing another trade (not Byram)

  • If you are having issues logging in, we have found opening the log in page in a new tab/window rather than using the pop out should resolve these issues. We are working to get this resolved and thank you for patience.
  • Due to the increased volume of league transactions, the Trade Rumors and Free Agent Talk section is temporarily restricted to where threads may only be started by moderators and sponsors. We anticipate that this restriction will be lifted some time after the first round of the draft.
Not happening. First Buffalo can afford the 9.5M and if he goes to Tampa when he talked of being closer to home woukd burn big bridges. Fans can respect he goes west to be closer to in-laws. Florida ain’t it.
Assuming you're talking Seattle, why would he go there? They're prob not close to winning, and he'd leave money on the table signing in Washington state.

One of the reasons they sucked for so long was because they tried to microwave their rebuild with trades that didn’t build a culture. Getting Evander Kane and Lehner sent them backwards instead of progressing.

You missed the part where i said for the right piece. Im not saying trade it for anyone, but if the right player comes along you make that trade immediately.

Another Buffalo guy (Duane S) is saying it might be Quinn going. Same source got the Byram to Chicago trade earlier in the night.
Not sure if this is true, or if it affects the fact that Chad has been talking about Tuch not being able to get done and the sign and trade being an option for a while.

who's Chad
