Why'd he switch SKA teams? I'm not super familiar with how MHL teams work.

He can play for both. His last game on Tuesday wasn't very good. PP goal otherwise not very noticeable. Don't like that he is at 1946 now. He and Demidov that was like Tsubaza Ozora with Taro Misaki (for the lucky ones among us who know what is meant). At 1946, everyone tries to look good themselves. Btw, Varyagi lost the last two games without Michkov 1:12 and 2:6.

I think they just want to limit the time he has to spend travelling. Varyagi were on a road trip in Moscow while 1946 played at home in St Petersburg.

Less travelling = more practice = better for the player

Nothing about him all week?
No games for SKA-1946 between Tuesday this week and Tuesday next week. They are travelling to the Far East for a road trip. I wonder if they let Michkov take the travel grind or reassign him again to somewhere.

He is being switched between two SKA MHL teams. Same franchise. They can basically let him play whereever they want whenever they want between four teams(SKA(KHL), SKA-Neva(VHL), SKA-1946, SKA-Varyagi(both MHL)).

The switch between MHL teams was due to keeping him at home in St.Petersburg while Varyagi went on a road trip.

I wonder if they should play him in VHL. At this point it looks like he's way too good for MHL but not quite there for KHL, so VHL makes most sense to me. That's why it's a little surprising that he's not played any VHL games this season.

Not good or mature enough may be?
He is surely good enough to play in the MHL
He plays all over the place like a traveling circus and then there are periods of rest like right now. That's one strange season he's having. I would have thought some stability would be more beneficial to his development.

I was talking about KHL. He only played 10 Games in KHL & scored 3 Points. Then sent back to MHL where he has been phenomenal. I think he is not mature or good enough for KHL just yet.

Sorry, you misunderstood that because of my poor English. I meant he isn’t playing for 1946, Varyagi or Neva right now. All SKA teams have played the last few days, Michkov or Demidov not. And it looks like nobody knows why. Otherwise there are no official reports.

I think, he should go to Slovak League. It will be a perfect environment for him. Good league, where he can play tons of minutes. Not so much travel times (compared to VHL) and also living in Bratislava is not bad. With plane it is about 3 hours to Petrohrad.

And as it was showed in Brand Clark example, it will not hurt his draft status.

Maros, pick up your handy.

I mean, we all know that’s not the Senior Team… playing in Germany the Deutschland Cup would me more of a senior Team debut than its now. Thats a record the RHF better dont speak about.
