I've been a hockey fan for 30 years. I've never heard anyone say "even number goals." Honestly.
Tomasino has 72 points (34 goals) in 67 games in his draft year - all even strength - never played the PP. The next year he put up 100 points.Just realized something; Luke is 5 even number goals shy of scoring 50 en goals.... crazy.
Has anyone ever done that in the OHL? or whos the last player to score 50 even number goals?
1G + 2A vs Owen Sound...1 goal + 1 assist vs Owen Sound...

I would guess it is very unlikely. The Preds have 15 forwards up as it is, and probably count several players on Milwaukee as having greater seniority for any next recall than Evangelista. Starting with Tomasino first and foremost, but even others like Novak, Leonard, Afanaseyev, Sherwood, and Nurmi are likely on similar footing with more age/experience on their side. Eventually if he does keep this scoring pace up, he'll probably get a cameo reward, but that could be much later in the season if the Preds have already dropped out of it and are moving some bodies or have injuries in the top-6. But just guessing. Will he get a call up soon?
He is not ready for the nhlIt would be nice to see him in the NHL.
