Probably should just look at 19 year olds. To remove late birthday overagers and include high-performing late birthdays in their D+1 like Debrincat. I'd say in this example looking at OHL players in their final year that birth year is more important than draft year. From quickly looking its an eclectic mix filled with London Knights (Bolland, Perry, Sergei Kostitsyn, Christian Dvorak).
