Broken sarcasm detector is a bad thing, and you own it!

You're right. KalPa not scroring in 5min PP broke it at that moment.

Kapanen - Pither - Lehkonen was only line that did well enough from Kalpa today. I liked how they shoot it alot and play straightforward. Good start to season for KK.

I'm watching Tappara-KalPa and it seems kid has grown quite a bit last summer. I'd say he's around 183 cm currently.

Always liked Sami.
Played with huge heart and always for the logo in his chest.
If this kid has a fraction of his dad's determination and heart, he should be a safe bet to make the NHL.

I really like Kasperi's game. and not least for his elite skating. Finally Finnish top prospect with top end skating ability.

How is he doing? He seems to be having a slow start statistically.

I was watching my home team (KalPa) game last night and I think Kasperi played okay although he did not get much TOI.

If I remember correct he did not get much PP time either. Kasperi's team is struggling at the moment. They have 6 game losing streak and last 6 games 1 G/G. Basically whole team is a big mess.

They have lots of injuries and they tend to mix lineups a lot which has affect also on Kasperi's game.

one of the most arrogant players (like his father in Liiga) i've ever met.. but he's very gifted and probably he's gonna have a nice career in the NHL.

Bumb, with his season almost over, where do see him going to on the draft?

U18's and few games in Liiga still left.

40 games 5+5=10 on terrible team.

Rankings

Bob McKenzie: 9
THW: 10
ISS: 12
Craig Button: 14
FC: 15

I have him @ 15, going to Phoenix.

Btw he played one game during the Olympic break in the U18 league. Ended up with 4+1=5.

Has he really grown to be 6'0? That makes him actually avarage tall. Also he has a rich skill-set so he could go high.

Yes. And thats why he hasnt done so good this season in FEL in terms of producing points, because he doesnt yet have any muscle to go and compete against men. And ofc KalPa is the worst team of the league.

Would love to see the Flyers shoot for Kapanen in the draft, even if that means moving up a bit. Big fan of his dad, Sami, and apparently (can't find a link) in a recent interview, he'd love to play in Philly because that's where his dad played and it's closest to his heart (Post mentioning it).

That interview wasn't in internet it was in a Finnish ice hockey magazine (Jääkiekkolehti for Finnish fans) where he said that. For a while I have had Kapanen going to Philadelphia

Ahh ok. Thank you for clarifying. I know overall that Philly would like to have defense, but to have a winger like Kapanen, plus the fact he'd love to play in Philly, is a bit hard to ignore.

Philly also needs Wing prospects. And Kapanen would be perfect, the family thing is perfect for the "Flyers loyalty" or whatever you want to call it. I would absolutely love the Flyers to be able to draft him.
