Dal Colle is getting so underrated in these boards after his poor start. Hes been playing well after his trade to Kingston and lets not forget hes only 19 . I wouldn't be mad if a Boeser for Dal Colle trade went down at all, in all likelihood the Canucks would have to add.
Hes a 5th overall pick. Him not sucking in Kingston only validates his draft position. Or else he would be a major disappointment and a cause for concern. If that trade went down it would be a 1 for 1. No adds. Its too risky for any side to add on such a good prospect.
I get that you're a parody account (easy giveaway since JV is nothing like Torres) but even then that's a ridiculous statement...add what ? Just cause of draft position ? This isn't the NFL where they're getting prime prospects out the gate.
I probably look like a dweeb responding seriously to a parody account, but there's some people that might get confused.

Lol why on earth would the Canucks add in that scenario? I like Dal Colle a ton but his progression has been ... uneven ... since his draft year. Boeser has exploded in his d+1 beyond what MDC did in his. Now maybe a year from now that changes and MDC is in the NHL and Boeser struggles in his Soph year, but until that happens I wouldn't deal Boeser for MDC even straight up.

I would take Boeser over Dal Colle, but this is the wrong place to ask that question. I'm sure if you asked that in the Dal Colle thread, you would get responses the other way around.

I'm not even talking about any of that. I'm commenting on how Boeser is rated highly by Nucks fans, just as Dal Colle is rated highly by Isles fans, and how neither is likely willing to trade one for the other. Quit trying to find arguments where there isn't one.

I really liked Boeser before the draft, and he's having a sensational draft+1 season.
I'd be interested in thoughts of Canucks fans and others - who's more likely to be a top-line RW, Virtanen or Boeser? Personally, I think Boeser will be the better player and more likely to be a top-line player than Virtanen.

Boeser. Having Boeser as the 1RW and Virtanen as the 2RW is going to be fantastic if they turn out.
Boeser has more offence then Virtanen it looks like but Virtanen starting to bloom nicely but still Boeser seems better. Next year or year after

lol whois overreacting? and no, please don't say "we all do it" it kinda feels like your covering your own ass, by saying "we all do it" that is not true. Maybe because you do , do it? who knows. Cause, not everyone does that.
I personally never saw Virtanen as a top line winger, but a second line winger, who can score goals and hits like hell. Plays a north south game, hits and scores goals, nothing flashy, no "all star" expectations, nor "franchise savior" type of a guy. Just a second line Local kid who hits and score goals.
Boeser on the other hand seems like a different animal. I think he has more offensive ceiling then Virtanen, but not as much as a physical game.

You are the one that overreacts as soon as you don't like a comment made by a non-Canucks fan about a Canucks prospect.
This is the main board, nearly every single thread about a drafted prospect has people talking trash. I would suggest for you to get over it but I doubt that's possible in your case.
