Just for the lulz. I saw some random guy on twitter just now yapping about how he talked to a member of the Oilers and apparently they're after BOTH Stamkos and Hall (Lmao). Saying how Connor and Nurse had a group chat with Hall at some point.
According to him, Hall is 7x 5.5 which fits the whispers lately, but he said it would be Yamamoto and a 1st for Stamkos. (And no, I don't see Stamkos happening whatsoever)

They arent added Koekkoek when they have Russell and Lagesson already signed at LD and Broberg/Samourkov knocking on the door. If we add another Dman or 2 they would be RDs.

Bear/Bouchard/Larsson is pretty weak and unproven.

I feel like it's always a pain trying to get American-born players to sign here. Many would rather go to a terrible US team than come here.

If Stamkos was a possibility, Keith trade and/or RNH signing would not have happened.
He didnt look like a driver on that team at all and will likely lack motivation if traded to EDM. Holland needs to stay away from that contract especially if the cost is Yama+1st without any retention.
