Wouldn't be surprised if it did.Wonder if this move changes Edmontons plans
So you agree, you're just panicking. As long we're on the same page.
Agreed what good is a level playing field if the field is muddy anyway? The thing with Stone's injury is you can physically test if he's cleared to play with an ultrasound or MRI to see if his spleen has healed. It would be so incredibly easy for the league to have an independent examiner examine him before the end of the season to see if they're circumventing the cap.
Either way this shit is getting embarrassing. At this point they might as well just remove the salary cap altogether from the league and let owners start buying players with 30M+ contracts.
I really don't think so. When the points even up is Vegas better than Nashville?Martinez has also been great for them. Mantha and Hanafin might neutralize the losses of Stone and Martinez, but if they end up neutral they'll be a wildcard team.

Meh, our top guys are much better than theirs
Murray Edwards is a dogshit GM (and owner).Conroy is a dogshit GM
Sounds like I'm in the minority here but I'm not terrified of Vegas..
Mantha is a significant downgrade from Stone through the rest of the season and Vegas isn't going to see a big improvement until playoffs. The way Edmonton and LA are playing they're trending as a wildcard team and could easily end up playing a team like Dallas in the 1st round and a Colorado/Winnipeg in the 2nd round.
Hanifin was dummied the entire playoff series against the Oilers by McDraiThe entire Flames forum celebrating telling Hanfin to beat Edmonton. Such little brother syndrome hahaha
CGY is so irrelevant I can;t even hate them lol. They are like an expansion franchise to me now where nobody wants to play. Hopefully they miss the playoffs for at least 10+ years. maybe even move. I'd have a good chuckle at thatThe entire Flames forum celebrating telling Hanfin to beat Edmonton. Such little brother syndrome hahaha

I feel the same way, but I'm not unhappy with their addition.I wasn't convinced that Henrique and Carrick would be enough, Holland better add 1 more impact player.
It's not last season. If you're quitting, then do just that.Yeah...that didn't work out so well last season.
I mean why not lol. Gms love loading them up. Him or BuchHate to say this but I wouldn't be surprised if Vegas gets Guentzel as well.
