IDK I very much agree with you my whole point is that if we can land Demers with no NMC then I don't see why we don't do it. I think he is more likely to get snagged by Vegas than Reinhart and Davidson.

I can see Nill using Lucic to make Roussel expendable, then flip for either more D or RW for a better balanced roster.

But I also hear Lucic wants to be closer to home since his father's passing

Guys, guys. I will not fail you. Lucic is an Oilers. The guy puts up respectable point totals.

I'm willing to bet you all that the ~15 point differential between Hall and Lucic will be washed away if not turned in Lucic's favor with the addition of Larsson and whoever else we add. Larsson's incredible breakout pass, when it hits McDavid, is going to be something we haven't seen since Visnovsky. You're all going to be so happy.

Chiarelli has been kicking tires on RHD all offseason. Before that even.

Reports out of St. Louis that Shattenkirk wouldn't resign. The asking price for Subban was far too high and would have him ridiculed far greater than now. Who else was available? Hamonic? Larsson is better than Hamonic.

Phil Kessel is just as elite as Hall is if not moreso and he returned garbage. Wingers don't have the value that Oilers fans prayed they did. Larsson is a first pairing defender signed to a great contract. Right shot defencemen are so expensive and that's the price you have to pay. I can't believe you think Chiarelli just made a trade with the first person who asked about Hall.
