Interesting because there seems to be some conflicting information here, so it's nice to hear that Servalli got confirmation from the league. I completely agree. And it's not a conversation we should even be considering until 2024 at the very least, maybe 2025.

But it is still nice to know that the buyout option does exist should there be any reason to want him here sooner than expected.

But man, it's really, really hard with the situation in Ukraine. He might have a staunch anti-war view, but until he's in the country for good and away from that shit stain of a dictator we aren't going to know. It's really, really tough to root for any Russian at the moment.

I have no idea why he has such strong conviction on Montreal’s future right now. I’m very indifferent towards Montreal in general so it’s not like I have some bias against them. But I’m just not seeing enough in their entire organization at this moment to think they’re a team destined to be at the top in the future at the current rate. They look like a team that will be closer to the middle to me.
