They barely played the 1st line. They have a big game tomorrow so they arent getting a ton of ice time yet this period. That could change if the score stays close.

Perreault won faceoffs in this game and in the past. Any chance with his hockey IQ Rangers move him from wing to center like (Kevin Hayes) once he turns pro??? Would be a great problem to have. A smart center

His dad was a center and one of the best faceoff men of all time, so it's possible. I imagine they'll start him at wing to let him get comfortable before considering a move.

Hagens would be nice but it's just a dream. I would offer a kings ransom for Leonard however. Caps would never do it, but if the Rangers are out at the TDL they definitely have the pieces to put the Caps in a good position to win a cup.

I was thinking Panarin with retention. Ovie would probably have a say in that if there was interest. Maybe Lindy for his depth/bro connection. Probably take more tbh, he's gotta be close to untouchable for the Caps.
Would hate to see Panarin go, I love him but it would set up our first line for the next decade.

I feel like getting Ovie another cup has some weight and the Rangers could make them an offer they can't refuse. The Caps are legit right now, they are contenders. The problem is probably more the Rangers not wanting to pay the price than the Caps saying no IMO. Point taken though.
Rangers better sell high on Panarin. I'd rather see him dealt this year instead of next year which I feel they'd get more back this year
