No just stating the obvious. If Fortescue becomes what Lindgren was before injuries and a better version of him, id take it. Plays a similar defensive style of game but has more size than Lindgren.

The Rangers front office are definitely considering this as a possibility. How likely is it? No clue. Probably not super likely. But for certain, it’s on everyone’s minds (and has been before the collapse in the last six weeks).

The race to see who scores first between Emery and Fortescue should be something.
I disagree.
He’s pretty good at skating the puck out of his own end and he’s an ace at defending the rush.
Not that he’s going to be an offensive force as he moves up, but some guys just produce more as pros.
Let me point you to mcdonagh and Skjei.
Mancini didn't produce much either and seems to be looking good in the AHL and his progression
Yeah he was a defense first guy.
His offensive game has looked decent as a pro where has he’s struggled defensively.
