You need to let this go. As multiple posters have stated, if 5 was on the table you would've already seen a trade tweet.

Verbeek isn't a moron, he knows that he's not getting that kind of value for this kid. Even one of those two St Louis picks in the teens seem unrealistic to me. Doug Armstrong is one of the better negotiators in the NHL.

I think his point is that it could be offered - perhaps PV is holding out hope it will be offered at some point. I hope not. I have zero faith in Drury and that is a stretch even for me to believe.
