Feels like there is something else there.
Probably has his sights on a specific team

With the amount of behind the scenes tampering type activities that go on these days(his agent is Brisson), he probably has a very specific destination in mind. Trying to strong arm his way to where he wants to go.I find it interesting that Robertson wants the moon from Dallas but also refuses a ludicrous contract from Seattle. Time to make a decision imo
He's a 26 year old 45 goal / 100 pt player. Stepan went for a 7th OA.(not saying I'd do it for the current rangers team, but hes got plenty of hockey left in him)
Right-which means it's never making it to the table.Correction: If Drury OFFERED it, it would have been announced two hours ago.
Robertson is 50x better than anyone we will get at 5. But he wont really help us now
Drury would be canned tonight if he included itI think his point is that it could be offered - perhaps PV is holding out hope it will be offered at some point. I hope not. I have zero faith in Drury and that is a stretch even for me to believe.
Is this Frank breaking a trade or is he just speculating wildly like us?

No chance. Dolan still has no idea what day it is. He's still drunk from the parade.Drury would be canned tonight if he included it

Agree largely except Robertson at $14M AAV is actually cheaper than when panarin signed. Panarin at 11.6M was 14.3% of NYR cap hit. $14M on $104M total cap is ~13%.This. Robertson would be repeating the exact same mistake we made in signing Panarin, but Bread was better that JRob, cheaper than JRob, we didn't have to trade a haul to get Bread, and we had more young pieces in place when we signed Bread. It's a bad move from every possible angle.
Panarin could drive play. Robertson needs a good center to get him the puck.Agree largely except Robertson at $14M AAV is actually cheaper than when panarin signed. Panarin at 11.6M was 14.3% of NYR cap hit. $14M on $104M total cap is ~13%.
Yeah. I’d be ok with SCH or 26 for this kid. Any more, go blow chunks Beeker. We don’t need HIM. We need to get value in trades, preferably more, but at least equal.Let’s not forget McTavish is a distressed asset for Anaheim. Lebrun and Vince can tweet about the “sweepstakes” all they want
