The organization and fans of this organization get mad at players that show displeasure in losing to the point, that they convince themselves with reasons that don't have anything to do with hockey, to hate guys to justify feeling okay with the organization moving on from the players. When I watch how Krug has played in St Louis and now, Clifton with the Sabres, I begin to suspect it's the system and the locker room and the attitude and the organization's commitment to excellence that is the difference and not the individual talent of any given player.
You either perform and ascribe to the organization's high levels of performance or you are gone.
There are no participation awards or fourth place ribbons handed out in the Bruin's organization.
Having high standard competitive feelings would never slide here. It's all about the vibes and wanting to be a Buffalo Sabre.
