The crazy part is completely putting aside my obvious bias, which allows me to see that if he went to Philly while it would be stupid from a winning standpoint, it is his favorite team that he rooted for growing up. But who in their right mind would choose the Devils over the Isles? Unless the Isles offer is more than 1-2 million less, I would not understand that decision. The Isles are a better team, that with him added could definitely contend for the cup., we have a brand new arena which is now one of the best in the league and with a contender he would be playing before loud full houses every night, as opposed to in New Jersey where they cannot even sell out playoff games, unless it is against the Rags and filled with Rangers fans.
