I think if Buchnevich gets moved it's probably for a comparable LD. Similar age, similar inconsistency in their play, but comparable upside. Either that or he goes for some futures which can be used to acquire said LD. Could be a two-for-two sort of thing as well.

That's my thing with Fast. He's the type of guy that's very highly respected around the league. Coaches/GM's love him. The market will be strong for him.

NHL insiders do basically nothing but tweet trades after they've already been announced so I hope they end up with zero content for their all day show. Will be hilarious seeing them act juiced up for a minor league player swap or something.
