See ya Nils, I'll never forget our 3 months together.

5 first rounders in 2017 & 2018 and 3 (Lias/Kravtsov/Lundkvist) have basically turned into fairy dust. The Bobrov Special.

At least K'Andre looks like a stud and Chytil is carving out a role in the middle 6.
Nils was the one bright spot for the McDonagh trade.

Hopefully Drury returns a gem.... somehow.. to save it.

He has 217 points in his last 202 games. Johnny Gaudreau has 222 in his last 208 games played & just got 9.75M for 7 years. No chance JTM, who plays C, doesn't get that or more if he hit the market next summer. Especially if he puts up another 90+ point season.

Miller is a PP specialist on a pretty good PP QBed by Hughes. He's also a secondary assist guy. Gaudreau was an EV wizard last year.

The fault for the Lundkvist situation largely lies with Gerard Gallant. Many people on these boards recognized that Nils should have been anchoring PP1 with Fox in a PP2 role. It would have let him play to his strengths while giving Fox a breather. Fox could then be deployed in the importsnt 5v5 minutes and his overall minutes kept down to keep him healthy during the season. At the same time it would have given Lundkvist the confidence that he can perform at the NHL level. Why didn’t Gallant recognize this?
"Gallant shouldn't have played the best PPQB in the NHL on PP1"

Johnny Hockey is a PPG career player. Miller is like Kadri, he just had an amazing season when everyone had their scoring totals go up. For his career, he's an 0,7. A very good player, not a star player.

I'm not saying it's a bad deal (just market value), but don't mention Gaudreau and Miller in the same sentence again lol.

Yes, it's insulting to JTM. I know 90% of this board eats up that Funyon story & washes it down with the Bozo kool-aid, which blinds you guys to the fact that this version of JTM isn't the same JTM that was on the Rangers.

And personally I can't wait for JG to regress big time without his two all-star linemates while expected to be the "guy" for that bumbling franchise.

I hate to break it to you, but he's going to play with a more skilled player than Tkachuk next season.

What is up with these euro NYR picks? It's frustrating at this point.
Previous regime

Well that is extremely disappointing, not that he is going to get traded, but the fact we are going to likely get well under his value because Drury didn’t recognize sooner that there was no spot for him on the team.
I mean how much earlier was he supposed to recognize that?

PSA: ALWAYS WARE YOU SEAT BELT!!!
It Cup have been. 😞

What other PTO will the Rangers give out? Will Milano be one of those players? Will they bring in a physical depth good dman not Tinordi.

One trick pony, Laine? LOL.
He might be a one trick pony, but still a better player than Tkachuk. Not even particularly close either. Tkachuk to Laine is like Kreider to Panarin. Except Kreider is closer to Panarin than Tkachuk is to Laine.

So is Emberson and Skinner feasible RD call ups In case of injury?

Scanlin can play RD?
Right now Hajek would
