I wouldn't be surprised if brodzinak was a good fit for Panarin. Just look at Hartman in Minnesota with karprizov. The beauty of our roster is that zinanejad is on his own line

Brodzinski's had some better games on the fourth line more recently but when they were first using him, it seemed like how they used to put PA Parenteau or Erik Christensen in that role just because that was the extra body they had

I know Schneider had a super rough game but why is it always him who sits over Nemeth?

If there needs to be a vet in at all times and the LDH-RHD thing needs to be constant;

Nemeth-Schneider
Jones-Braun
Nemeth-Hajek

Putting Nemeth and Braun together is somewhere between Beebop and Rocksteady from TMNT or the Roszival-Malik "two wild and crazy guys" joke for anyone who was around HF back then.

Hunt is a like a cockroach. You can't get rid of him. The Rangers make all of these moves and he still playing in the top 6. Hunt isn't a bad player for his cap number. He should on the 4th line. He should in consideration for a spot on the fourth line next season.

Last night, Gallant moved Chytil on the right side with Panarin-Copp for a few shifts because there is not enough offense coming from Hunt. Gallant put Goodrow in the middle with Lafreniere on the left. Nothing worked last night.
Until Kakko is READY Chytil should be playing RW with Panarin and Goodrow center 3rd line. Rooney is back too.

If you want to suffer an aneurism, listen to Vince Mercogliano's podcast where he discusses the salary cap. The Rangers trading Nemeth's contract and replacing him with a player making $925,000 doesn't help the Rangers cap because they only save $1.575M.
Every bit helps no? Also somewhat silver lining is that with long absences from the lineup Blais and Kakko won’t be expensive to sign. I’d even try to get Kakko a three- year deal while he has very little leverage.

Wow, that's crazy.

At a quick glance; he took 14 mins worth against CHI when he got a double roughing minor + game misconduct after Carpenter boarded someone. He also had a fight against Florida.
So I guess you could 'forgive' 19 mins worth, but even taking them out he's still top 5 on the team. There's only been 4 other games where he's taken 4 mins of penalties so he just racks them up consisistently (20 games with a penalty out of 62)

Without looking, I’m gonna guess that’s more PIM than Reaves has.

Has anyone ever looked sadder while breaking personal records? It should’ve been for us.
