It's all so tiresome
JT and Chychrun at 50% each. Get it done.
I don't think it's anything to really give a 2nd thought to.Not a bad thing to have, but I feel like improving our 13F is like #5 or 6 on list of needs right now.
I agree. I’d just rather hear passing mentionings about a top-6 F.I don't think it's anything to really give a 2nd thought to.
The passing mentioning of a 4th line center 6 weeks from the deadline.
JT MillerI agree. I’d just rather hear passing mentionings about a top-6 F.
I personally doubt a piece like Miller gets moved before Van hires their GM.JT Miller
I don’t see how Ryan Carpenter improves this roster.
Eh, Rutherford is running the show there.I personally doubt a piece like Miller gets moved before Van hires their GM.
McDavid is not attainable until he makes it clear he wants out, at which point, he's probably fetching a four asset package like most stars do, but then plus a substantial premium.
Still, it won't be as high as everyone thinks, because gutting your team for McDavid leaves you right back where the Oilers are and no one will want that.
Seravelli was on with Marek today:
- Still ties AG to Edmonton
- Says NYR will be "pretty frisky". Could be looking for 2 forwards. They are in on JT Miller. Have called Chicago on Ryan Carpenter (GG had Carpenter in Vegas).
- Rangers have called on lehkonen, but says a ton of teams are after him.
The Oilers will trade Draisatl long before they entertain dealing McDavid
JT Miller
He seems to be the only one who keeps pushing this. Everyone else has been saying it’s more of a passing interestSeravelli continuing to push the Miller stuff. I like JT a lot and he will fill a need here but i think it needs to done with salary retained. They cant afford to lose Strome for nothing on top of whatever package they give Vancouver
He seems to be the only one who keeps pushing this. Everyone else has been saying it’s more of a passing interest

Frank is probably the top insider in the game now that Bob is retired.
either him for Friedman.
Besides crushing it during the expansion draft (where he clearly had a source with the kraken) what has frank been ahead of everyone else with this year? As for the rangers he's been basically linking them to everyone in some manner just like everyone else does. I just don't know what frank has really done besides the ED to distinguish himself from other insiders to be considered the new Mackenzie?Yet according to this board he knows less than random anonymous posters on message boards
What is reasonably? They gave up a 1st and 3rd for him, so what would be reasonable for them to move him now, especially when multiple outlets said they tried to trade for him before the offer sheet? They clearly wanted the player, it wasn't all about revenge, otherwise they wouldn't have made trade offers before the offer sheet was signed.Producing 0.50 ppg despite bottom 6 minutes make him an attractive target if he can be acquired reasonably in trade.
Why is chychrun trade proposals being suggested around what the cost was for trouba? Trouba basically made in known in circles he wanted to be traded here and the jets were in an awful position. Chychrun is going to have at least a half dozen serious suitors trying to trade for him. It's apples and oranges...

Well if that is your standard than how has he been so good? You can defend him by saying there has been no league movement and simultaneously say he has become the top insider while... There has been no league movement. There have been no relevant moves in the league in months. What do you want him to do? Manufacture trades that are close that aren't?
