You think Huska would have played last night if anyone thought Georgiev could’ve handled it? Georgiev doesn’t have something to do with that shared view?Because it wasn't his call?

He's just not very good, I wouldn't have allowed 2 against Chicago even in my wheelchair. You think Huska would have played last night if anyone thought Georgiev could’ve handled it? Georgiev doesn’t have something to do with that shared view?
This org fed Huska to the wolves in order to preserve the scintilla of trade value Georgiev regained this week. Awful. I don’t know how Georgiev looks at himself in the mirror after what Huska went through last night.

How is a goalie being bad a conspiracy theory?sorry i think this is 100% silly and made-up
enjoy the cynical conspiracy theories, and personal judgements, if you like,
but that is not how teams or coaching staffs make gametime personnel decisions
and while fans love posting players have no trade value, that ain't realistic either
a 25-year old goalie w >100 NHL games will find takers
anyway, playing Huska was the right move,
it was a tough back-to-back given 830pmET start > flight > 7pm
this part is the conspiracy theory, fun spin to spew maybe, but nonsenseHow is a goalie being bad a conspiracy theory?
It is beyond delusional to compare Kaako (and Lafreniere) to Kane and Toews, who were studs from day one. It was an easy decision for Chicago to not trade the Calder winner and his center teammate who finished 3rd the same year. Obviously. Kaako and Lafreniere are not this.Teams who trade away their top young players don't win cups. They just acquire new top young players through the draft because they suck.
Chicago didn't win 3 Cups by trading away Kane, Toews and picks for a guy like Datsyuk back in 2008. They won, because they were patient. They went through with their plan.
That doesn't even take into consideration the cap hit which we can't even afford at 50% retained.

Back to back in less than 24 hours and arriving back in NYC at 3am. Maybe an injury? Then the rangers would really be screwed. I don't think many coaches would have played the same goalie in this back to back situation. Maybe towards the end of the season and the team needs every win but not in the rangers current situation. What do you think would have happened if we played Georgiev last night?
Hmm…speculation about past shoulda/woulda/coulda's isn't one of my vices
with 2 full games within 25 hours, nested within this very busy stretch of games,
no matter what goalies were available, changing starters was the easy, obvious, smarter move
losing that one was no big deal, it was just a Wednesday in early December
quickie ultralite like 22" wheel to wheel... my motorized would mean trade shesterkin, so i use some restraint. you're welcome, shesty. How large of a wheelchair is the question...

I thin’ you will be able to shoot a lot higher at the deadline. Unlike most teams, the Rangers will have a ton of cap room to add pieces. If the team looks as viable at 60 games as they are now, it could get very interesting.Guys who I could see the team acquiring at the deadline:
D
Nick Holden - last year of his deal @ $1.7m
F
Max Domi - last year of his deal @ $5.3m
Vlad Namestnikov - last year of his deal @ $2m
Antoine Roussel - last year of his deal @ $3m
Johan Larsson - last year of his deal @ $1.4m
G
Thomas Greiss - last year of his deal @ $3.6m
Jaroslav Halak - last year of his deal @ $1.5m

If you want to trade Kakko for one of the best forwards in the world, I’d probably omit “what, a 2nd/3rd liner putting up 0.5 PPG? 0.6?” when you’re calling teams.Man, the prospect of paying Kaako $6 mill a year to be, what, a 2nd/3rd liner putting up 0.5 PPG? 0.6? What's Kaako's ceiling? I don't know, boys. I'm for a package deal to get someone of Kane's ability. The problem, of course, is that Kane specifically is a no-go, too old, and too suspect off the ice. But if there's a disgruntled star in their prime out there, I'm pulling the trigger, without hesitation. Kaako is going to get better, but it's hard to imagine him a game changing star. Kaako might be most valuable as a what-if chip, then when the jury is decided what he actually is.
