Mystery, Alaska should finally get a team. Barring that, you could put a team in Intercourse, PA. Attendance would be shit, but if they got creative enough with the team name and the marketing, they'd instantly be the highest selling jersey of all time, particularly among the coveted 13-25 year old male demographic. :sarcasm:
Great another team that beats the NYR

Disagree.

Hes still a staple on the PP, hes going tonplay with a skilled center in Chytil

I see no reason, at all hes not good for 20/20.

In fact, I'd set that as a lock for CK

I agree with you. 1PP is the key. He’ll def get 40 pts playing on their even in a 3rd line role. 40 might be a stretch from 3rd line if he wasn’t on the PP but Kreids is very solid in front of the net and will go on his scoring streaks like always.

I just finished a day of hosting Zoom calls for various projects I am working on and was thinking it might be fun to have a Rangers board call.

Any interest?

I'm up for it. Sounds like fun. Some guys here set up a Whatsapp group to discuss Rangers stuff outside of HF, but a video-conferencing thing would be a fun activity for sure.

Is Buffalo really that dreary? I've been there and it was not nearly as bad as some people make it out to be IMO
Buffalo is actually very nice, basically. But obviously the winters are rough. The economy out there is poor which doesn’t help the reputation.

Yup. I went to the U of Rochester for grad school and lived there for a bit afterwards as well (about 9 years all together). Before grad school, I spent four years as a high school teacher in a suburb of Baltimore. I never even thought of buying a house. In grad school, making less than half what I did as a HS teacher, I was able to buy a really nice 1200 square foot condo. I moved to Arkansas for a faculty job, but I would love to move back to Rochester.
I think people in general are starting to get over the spell cast by big cities. There’s a lot going on everywhere these days. Particularly with remote work arrangements, it’s clear there’s a change happening.

Arizona to Quebec makes the most sense...instant rivalries with Montreal, Toronto and Ottawa, and with Montreal having a lineup for season tickets and game day tickets they would get enough overflow even if they werent the main team in the province. Being in Eastern Canada id love to see a team here but i doubt its happening. Halifax would be great but can't see it ever happening due to what I'd assume as low corporate sponsorship.
I’d love that but I can’t see it happening. The Nords had great attendance before they relocated. Not sure the business environment has gotten better since then.

For the millionth time, Arizona can’t move to the Eastern Conference. It would throw off the balance between the conferences. And no, Detroit won’t go back out west, they wanted to move to the east for less travel.
