It has been downplayed but there was some believeable smoke that Peterka didn't want to extend in Buffalo and was gonna play hardball

Which leaves Schneider or maybe K’Andre but I don’t love using them on another winger

I know both dmen have had their ups and downs but not gonna lie I would miss K'Andre or Schneider if we traded them. I would without a doubt not miss Lafreniere if we traded him for Peterka.

Send Lafreniere north to be closer to his homeland. Guy is already part of the country club.

His wording in his english tweet versus his french one were particularly different

A lot more definitive sounding in his french tweet, but the english tweet still had a lot more confidence to it rather than the typical "watch for something here"
