He did center Tkachuk this year as well. Can't give an accurate assessment of how much or how long.

From a style standpoint, he's more of a finisher than a straight playmaker. So in that sense, like Zibanejad, he'd pair well with a playmaking winger.

I mean, in theory, this is a guy you pair with someone like Lafreniere.

Or Panarin

Lindholm has been skating hard in Sweden the entire spring and summer. He has been on fire this POs.

I'd imagine Buch, Carolina pick, and then either a prospect or a young roster player.
Buch+CAR 1st+Howden/Lemieux/Gauthier I would do any of those. When you get into the Chytils and Kravtsovs is where I stop being interested in the deal. If they do not like that and insist on a prospect instead then I would offer Robertson as the absolute highest value prospect available.

I’ll throw an idea out there...DeAngelo and Buch for Hanifan and Lindholm...the Rangers get the two exact players they need to fill their lineup.
Legit proposal. It’s basically ADA for Lindholm and Buch for Hanifin. Very fair.

love it. Does Lindholm play wing for the flames though? I think we’d want him at C

Sam Bennett didn't kill penalties this year for Carolina. That's a red flag for me for a bottom 6 pivot.

I'd gladly take that deal. I think it skews a bit in our favor though. As great as Tony was this year, it's a big ask from Calgary.

Holy shit just looked up Lindholm’s stats and the dude has basically play SEVEN NHL seasons I swear it feels like he got drafted yesterday wtf

I think it sounds ideal for us, but for Calgary, which is a team that has a hard time getting free agents to go an play there, TDA and Buch don't have nearly the team control for them. Tony has 3 years before UFA, Buch I think is the same, if not 2 years. DeAngelo is probably the most valuable player there, but I have a hard time with this being the way Calgary would go.

I would think they would move one of those, but not both.
