Xenforo Cloud will be upgrading us to version 2.3.5 on March 3rd at 12 AM GMT. This version has increased stability and fixes several bugs. We expect downtime for the duration of the update. Kakko is our only natural RW in the top 9.
If Kakko is moving to Anaheim it better be for Zegras.

That “journeyman shitter” was leaps and bounds better than that mess of a first round pick.
Why is Othmann so off limits? I haven't noticed him at all over the last 15 Pack games at ES.
Not saying he should go for a rental but I feel like the kid gets a bit overrated on here.

I agree with this. I’m not sold on him. For a core piece I would move him.
He was a Drury pick though. That might make him less likely to go.

Style of play, he's someone we haven't had in a long time, an Adam Graves type, can play rough, score goals, fight, has a bit of a mean streak. All of that. He's the type of player you go looking for at every deadline or offseason. My current comparison of him is Jt.Miller, and he will likely take a while to get to a high level in the pros like JT, due to style of play. They don't come around often, especially at league minimum. We can all pretty much agree we'd like a do-over of moving on from Miller.

The fact some of you think Othmann should be kept over kakko is laughable. And it shows shiny new toy syndrome

Rangers don't have many top 9 forwards with an edge like he has outside of Cuylle and Trocheck. . If the top 6 had more physical players, he wouldn't be overrated by some.
That is wonderful and all but he never seems to have the puck. He is great on the pp when he can use his shot after being set up but realistically will he be the man on the NYR first pp unit? Most likely no.
Lafreniere plays with a bit of an edge. Also two other guys who play with an edge are Sykora and Berard who In my opinion has just as much skill just not the same size.

Don’t believe that for a minute
If the Rangers are able to trade for Buchnevich, it likely means Kakko is out the door this summer. No money, no top six space next year.
Patioready has 7 in 7? Damn. Last few weeks a lot of the caps players turning back the clock including Ovechkin and Carlson.
I wish. That is pretty much the only player they are gonna hold onto. Along with Sanderson/Stutzle of course. That team does need a shake up.
He’s a New Yorker
Vatrano needs to happen. He's electric this season and may actually have what it takes to bring Mika and Kreider to some semblance of life.
He's gonna score 35-40 goals on a putrid team. Unfortunately, he's probably a bit out of our price range (asset wise).

Eh.. I'm not a fan. The problem with that line is that they are a one-and-done type line in the offensive zone. They never hang onto the puck.
Putting a shoot-first guy with them just feels like they'll have the puck even less.
Close enough. He self describes as a New Yorker. Story is he cried when the Rangers didn’t draft him.
