Joe being Joe last night, talking about how underrated Lindgren's passing is. It seems like he does something like that every game--" you know, Sam, Tyler Pitlick had one of the greatest shots in his draft class... Like 12 years ago."

That was ridiculous. “It’s a skill to wait for Fox to get open and get buried in the process”. Just ridiculous cheerleading of lindgren is beyond me.

Whenever I watch stutzle I think to myself there’s no way I’d rather have him over lafreniere. Thst kid just gets more ice. There’s no way he’s a better player. Laf is the superior player by far and will be as they grow into men. That kid is a bitch.

Crosby. You would have to pay to play here but you would have him for 2 years / playoff runs. Pittsburgh is going nowhere fast. If PIT & Crosby are willing to consider entering life after Crosby then there is the target.

After him, Gourde. Completely different player but a total PITA who can produce.

Hayes doesn’t do it for me. He has always been slow AF and he will only get slower. To pay the retention price for that kinda player just isnt worth it.

I am weary of the rental centers unless there is a deal in which we are not trading a 1st and then some.

I fee like there is/will be a lot more rental wingers available which could knock down some of those prices. We’ll see. I would like to see them get the center taken care of and then see what winger they could bring in.

Have no clue what D will be out there besides the obvious ones like Hanifan. Chychrun is interesting as a major move but i dont think OTT is going to move on from him this early after acquiring him.

No chance in almighty hell Pittsburgh ever send Sidney Crosby to NY. You'd be paying through the nose you'd be hemorrhaging.

If Crosby became available you move heaven and earth to get him. Feel like that should be obvious. No way it happens

Get Monahan here ASAP!! Pay the premium to get him here after ASG Drury. Team is getting tough to watch (besides the 2nd period last game) at least give us a new toy

Yeah Crosby is old but still elite and would flip the Rangers from meh to legit
Contender status.

It isn’t happening, but if he were to become available you find a way to make it work.

would love Crosby but someone would definitely beat our offer. all our prospects except Perreault are mid. if Pittsburgh was really shopping him and we had the best offer they would do it.

Better chance JoVo steps foot at center ice to the little pre-faceoff jingle MSG does than the New York Rangers ever acquiring Sidney Crosby. That's the NHL 24 stuff we need to eliminate.
What's hilarious is we're going to read Crosby proposals for the next 6 weeks & probably all summer with absolutely nothing based in reality & nothing linking him to us.

Uh... Drury obviously led a successful coup based on the Wilson incident.

I'm sure Drury isn't Gorton's favorite person.
Again, another narrative we are choosing to run with? Where has this ever been reported? Davidson was an overrated ***clown and Gorton was gutless. Team was shaped into the soft club they are today and he did nothing to add grit around it. For two years he said they needed to get tougher to play against and never added any. And then they watch their $81.5M superstar's head nearly split on Garden ice. The least they coud've done was back the Dolan letter to NHL, something they refused to, and instead went calling execs around the league to save their own asses and sold out their own organization in the process. Good riddance, ***holes.

Drury needs to show he’s ruthless now. Davidson and Gorton failed. Don’t be afraid to make aggressive decisions with the roster and on the trade market because the season is absolutely salvageable.
