No. Why did people think that?
There was a tweet to that effect when it took 30 minutes to find out who we sent their way.

Yes, I found it.There was a tweet to that effect when it took 30 minutes to find out who we sent their way.
Did you just out yourself as Larry?
I’m too lazy to look up the thread but I think that may have been entirely my fault.Remember the 20 minutes when this board thought we had acquired Copp for a 2nd+Hajek? core memory.
Curious the return. Maybe the Leafs should have went that route?!Cam Talbot traded to Senators
After seeing Kakko's hot big breasted girlfriend today, I am feeling a lot more bullish about his boom next year.
What has he done to make you feel he's amazing?I still don't get what Drury has done that makes a good chunk of this forum question his decision-making. If it's only the Buchnevich trade it's time to move on.
He already played it - Matt MurrayImagine being a Leafs fan a watching this goalie carousel unfold, Dubas needs to have a real ace up his sleeve to save this.
Kakko a bust at the age of 21. All you can do is laugh at this nonsense.
The thing here is, his value doesn't really bring back the pieces wanted and trading him just to make cap space would be dumb. I mean the Oilers are frustrated with Jesse Puljujärvi not getting much attention, they apparently are looking for a 2nd. Kakko is basically in that territory at this moment: decent metrics but not producing. The difference here is that Kakko apparently still wants to be a Ranger, whereas Pulju wants to be gone. Probably means KK has a bit more value as teams know he doesn't want to be traded. He’s not a bust yet but it’s time for him to shit or get off the pot. He looked better in the playoffs but he had 5 points and clearly didn’t have the trust of the coaching staff. Age doesn’t mean anything when the team is trying to win a Cup

Which he doesn't. I doubt any team is going to make an offer that would give him more money than that 8 year contract would, and even if it would it would be like 1 or 2 million. If he doesn't want 80 million from Calgary, he just wants out of there. Which is his right of course. They want it very clear to the fans that he didn’t want to come back.

But like I said, I doubt we can use just him to bring up a PLD or something similar.
