Trochek plays the same role as Kreider on the PP, he is good in front of the net and around the crease. It would make no sense to have both of them on the same unit. Laf should be on the top unit, but I'm not going to hold my breath.

No he doesn't exclusively play that. He played that in Carolina because of their personnel. That is not where he played in Florida when he had his best years on the PP.
