Thread title needs a spoiler tag- "don't read if hungry".

Those pics of homemade **** a few pages back were impressive!

Here's my attempts at homemade pizza. Like Paulie Walnuts, I'm planning on opening a place when I move up to Oregon. My sauce still needs work, but my overall product is still better than 99% of the crap called "pizza" outside of NYC.

Kreider has never had a chance to play with an elite or number one center to really feed him. He is always a threat to a defense. He is a proven playoff performer with this team. Man that really goes unsaid. He is not just an athlete but an absolute beast of an athlete. He's not gonna age well does not apply to a guy like him until ten years from now. I bet money on it. This is a guy that jumps out of swimming pools like it's done at any moment. He is our ONLY net front presence. The way people talk about him here you would think he's just a dude with physical attributes. It's incredible how people undervalue both him and buchnevich on this forum. Buch shouldn't even be in the conversation. A kid with scoring talent coming into his own is EXACTLY who you should keep in a rebuild. And my final thoughts on Kreider is anything 5 for 35 we should keep him. if He doesn't net a top 10 don't trade him yet. Let him raise his value or lower it so we can resign him. He's a Ranger and the type of badass we will need to win.

Maybe, and then sit the two in a room nd say there is 20 mil to divide between you both here you go. I would rather do both together than sign AM to the 2nd highest aav AND then have marner use that as a negotiating piece after the fact. The AM deal doesnt even work long term in any way bc usually when people sign those big aav contracts it's viewed as a punch in the junk the first 3 years and then the backend is easier to stomach as the cap goes up and the percentage of cap falls, so long that the player doesn't fall off a cliff.

You literally messaged me saying you agree with me that dubas made a mess of this, so I am not sure why you are posting here now.

30 odd page recap for those of us who live in sensible timezones?
Any more info/light on what was being discussed by Edge and Co. yesterday?

The main pieces being discussed on our end are Kreider/Vesey/Buch/Names. Not all will be traded, but there are multiple conversations going on.

Kreider involved in multiple "deeper" discussions.

Vesey in some discussions as part of a bigger package.

Buch in multiple discussions as a centerpiece.

Edge alluded to Buch + Vesey being shopped together to acquire a top 15 pick + a B Prospect or a former high draft pick who hasn't lived up to expectations.

Some of the teams that multiple other posters have guessed at are Buffalo, Edmonton, Arizona, and Colorado. I think that sums it up, for the most part.

This thread is making me very remorseful that I didn't get any NY style slices when visiting my family in Queens for Father's Day.

I got grandma slices because Boston doesn't even have those, yet somehow forgot that Boston doesn't have NY slices, either.

i saw it on NHL network. freidman is in vancouver and sounded pretty sure that kreider to colo was a thing.

i agree theres no way they move #4 with byram and turcotte there.

16OA is a little light for CK so perhaps its 16 plus a prospect.

this is getting interesting.

Best pizza in Boston is down the street from Berkeley forgot the name of it but slices are huge and they're open til 3

Had Frank Pepe for the first time on Father’s Day, good, not great. I stand by my $1.25 slices by Ronkonkoma train station. As good as anywhere in the area. Have to check out @Bluenote13’s spot in SI.

16OA for Kreider is quite underwhelming. Need to get into the Top 10 again. Don't mind adding but feel as if there may be more of an overpayment from the Rangers in order to get to that position. Who would we take between 14-16, anyway? I know there are a few factors that can dynamically change things, but who could we expect as a target in return? Do the Rangers really like someone in that position? Would the Rangers try to flip the 16th and another rostered player to move into the Top 10?

As more comes out, I am able to say more.

24 hours ago I couldn't say certain things on here, but as TSN, and The Post and others "catch-up" it becomes easier.

And again, as certain things come to pass, it becomes easier to go into even more details. Keeping in mind that these are still open negotiations.

But yes, Kreider has been involved in multiple, deeper discussions.

Vesey in some discussions, with some including him as a part of a package.

Names in some discussions, with some including him as part of a package.

Buch in multiple discussions, with him as a centerpiece.

Do you think it's possible that they swing a deal with CK for a first, then swing a second deal with Buch for another first and try to put them together to get into the top 5? Something like Buchnevich/Vesey to Buffalo then Kreider to AZ? That's a lot to grab one pick as a centerpiece, but if they believe that they could land a potential franchise center or believe Byram is a true top defenseman then maybe they do it? Other small adds here or there obviously... just talking about main pieces.

Wow that looks good. You bastards. I've reached my breaking point. I'm staring like a drooling starving dog. I'm getting crappy Houston pizza tonight.

I don't think it's possible to get into the top 5 at all. Top 10 is also probably a long shot but again maybe those Buffalo or Edmonton picks could be had for a bit of an overpay

Rangers might be happy just getting back into the teens though if they also get a prospect they like

Just a matter of who bit first, them or Arizona.
